Welcome to an enchanted world where players will seek to acquire magical talismans, create collections, and gain points in Toil & Troublez®, a new game by Grandpa Beck’s Games.

This push your luck card game combines the thrill of risk and reward with a captivating magical theme. Players take on the role of aspiring magicians seeking the greatest number of magical collections. But beware—the path to glory is fraught with peril! Magical magicians, each with a power or risk help or hinder along the way.

Will you dare to push your luck and draw another card to add to your collection, or will you play it safe with your treasures? With every draw, you’ll need to summon your magical prowess, outwit your opponents, and decide when to press your advantage or retreat and safeguard your gains.

Suitable for both novice or advanced players. Toil & Troublez will cast a spell on you with its strategic gameplay and breathtaking artwork. Don’t miss your chance to experience the enchantment!

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All un-opened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit.


Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Video Games
- Collectibles
- TCG Singles
- Books with signs of use 
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.




Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account within 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please log in and check your store credit on your gglogan.com account.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Manager@Gamerealm.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at manager@gamerealm.com.
If a replacement item cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be provided to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
