Unique Design. All gemstones can crack, chip and break like any real stone. We highly recommend using extreme care when rolling, storing and overall use to preserve the integrity of the stone and the numbers sand blasted onto the stone. These dice are absolutely gorgeous and we have lots of fun rolling them however like any piece of jewelry they do require care during use and storage. Each die is individually sandblasted and hand-carved, which means no two dices will ever have the same pattern, making each set truly one of a kind. Please allow for minor variances on shape, cut and number placement. The stones are naturally occurring stones and will not be balanced due to the natural makeup.

This product is made by a trained professional but due to the nature of natural materials, the item being hand carved and sandblasted please allow for slight variations due to the nature of this product.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All un-opened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit.

- Books with signs of use
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account within 24 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please log in and check your store credit on your gglogan.com account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at manager@gamerealm.com.
If a replacement item cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be provided to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
