Fluster is the game of unusual questions for deeper connections. It is a social card game built around 100 thought-provoking questions that are carefully crafted to inspire the kind of heartfelt, funny, and revealing conversations that leave people feeling closer to each other.


One of the things that sets Fluster apart is its game mechanics, which are simple enough to learn in a couple of minutes, but provide the structure for a more fun and engaging experience. Question cards are divided into three levels of intensity. When someone answers a question, the other players respond with their Reaction cards, which also have three levels of intensity. Reactions can be based on how much the person shared, how entertaining they were, or whatever criteria are important to the players. The level of reactions a player receives dictates the level of question they are allowed to ask. Long story short: give juicier answers and you get to ask juicier questions!


There are also special cards that keep things exciting by turning questions back on the asker or opening questions up to the whole group. The rule booklet includes four other ways to play that make the game more fast-paced, competitive, suited to larger groups, or more appropriate for professional settings.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All un-opened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit.


Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Video Games
- Collectibles
- TCG Singles
- Books with signs of use 
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.




Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account within 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please log in and check your store credit on your gglogan.com account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at manager@gamerealm.com.
If a replacement item cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be provided to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
