It’s the battle of the bards at the Red Dragon Inn! Two new bards storm into the tavern – one who encourages patrons to get up on stage and sing, the other who’ll get on stage herself to dish out insults.

The friendly and popular Jin joins the hardcore snark-master Greppa in this new two-character expansion!

Jin

Scraping by as a busker, Jin noticed that he earned more coin when he encouraged audience participation. Now everyone at The Red Dragon Inn looks forward to “singalong nights” with Jin and his Traveling Song-o-Fier 9003! (Patents pending in Copperforge and Greyport.)

Greppa

Most bards spend their time encouraging their friends. A saltier few know that bringing your enemies down a peg or two can be just as effective. Greppa’s extensive library of insults, retorts, zingers and one-liners pairs with her headbanging tunes to ensure that our heroes never get too full of themselves.


The Bad: Her wicked shredding will hurt your ears.

The Worse: Her vicious mockery will shed your tears.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All un-opened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit.


Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Video Games
- Collectibles
- TCG Singles
- Books with signs of use 
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.




Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account within 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please log in and check your store credit on your gglogan.com account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at manager@gamerealm.com.
If a replacement item cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be provided to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
