War Chest: Shock Tactics
In the distance there is a faint rumble. Gradually, that rumble becomes growing thunder as thousands of mounted knights crash over the ridge. The very earth shakes as the sun glints off clamoring shields and armor. The points of long, wickedly-sharpened lances are aimed directly towards their foe, and the wild eyes and glistening flanks of mighty war horses charge forward. Who could resist such an onslaught?
In War Chest: Shock Tactics, you will have the opportunity to use new units that affect the very morale of your opponent's troops. Whether it be the steady, daunting beat of War Drummers, the terrifying Greek fire raining down from Pitch Throwers, the will-sapping Raiders, or the reimagined units from the original game now returning as Heavy Cavalry, Vanguard, or Warlord. You will be changing the way your opponent thinks. It is time to employ Shock Tactics!
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All un-opened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Video Games
- Collectibles
- TCG Singles
- Books with signs of use
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account within 24 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please log in and check your store credit on your gglogan.com account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at manager@gamerealm.com.
If a replacement item cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be provided to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
